1.1 These Terms of Business form part of our agreement with you, together with our Engagement Letter, any applicable Schedules of Services, and our Key Facts document.
1.2 In the event of a conflict between the Engagement Letter and these Terms, the Engagement Letter will take precedence.
1.3 References to the Firm mean the legal entity identified in the Key Facts document.
