24. Annual Fee Review

24.1 We reserve the right to review our fees annually to reflect changes in:

  • Inflation and cost of service delivery,
  • Scope of work and time commitments,
  • Regulatory complexity or risk exposure.

Where any such fee adjustments are made, we will notify you in writing in advance and seek your confirmation via our proposal platform.
