These Standard Terms of Business ("Terms") form part of the contractual agreement between you (the "Client") and the Firm identified in your accompanying Engagement Letter and detailed in the Key Facts document (the "Firm", "we", "us", or "our"). They apply to all services we provide, unless varied by express written agreement.
These Terms apply to all types of legal entities, including but not limited to limited companies, partnerships, LLPs, charities, academies, pension schemes, and sole traders. Accordingly, references to officers such as “director” or “company” shall be interpreted to include “partner”, “trustee”, “proprietor”, “governor”, or equivalent, as appropriate to the client’s legal structure.
These Terms shall prevail over any other terms and conditions you may seek to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by trade, custom, practice, or course of dealing—except where expressly agreed in writing by both parties.
Nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer (where applicable).
